Delivery and Shipping Information

Shipping Information: 

We currently offer shipping from our UK and India facilities to the entire UK. If your location falls within our delivery range, you will be able to place your order. We are continually expanding our delivery network, so if your area is not currently covered, please check back in the future.

Order Processing Time:
Products available at our UK facility will be dispatched either on the same day or the next day and will be fulfilled by Amazon Prime delivery. For products not available in the UK facility, they will be dispatched from our India source facility on the same day and fulfilled by Royal Mail or DHL. While we make every effort to ensure timely processing, unforeseen circumstances or high order volumes may occasionally lead to slight delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.

​Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS notification with tracking information.

Delivery Time:
Orders shipped from our local UK facility will be delivered within 2 to 4 days. For international deliveries from the UK to India, we estimate a delivery timeframe of 7 to 14 business days. This timeframe accounts for customs clearance and international shipping logistics. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, weather conditions, or logistical challenges.

Packaging:
To ensure the safe transportation of your order, we use appropriate packaging materials that maintain the quality and freshness of the products. We are committed to reducing waste and utilizing eco-friendly packaging whenever possible.

Tracking Orders:
Once your order is dispatched for delivery, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS notification containing a tracking link. You can use this link to track the progress of your shipment.

Order Issues or Concerns:
If you encounter any issues or have concerns regarding your order, such as missing items or damaged products, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. We are committed to promptly assisting you and resolving any issues to ensure your satisfaction.

Return & Exchange Policy:
Quality Assurance: We take great care to ensure that the products you receive meet our rigorous quality standards. If, however, you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or not up to our quality standards, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Returns and Refunds: If you are not satisfied with a product due to quality concerns or if you have received the wrong item, we offer a return and refund option. Please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery to initiate the return process. We may request relevant information or photographs to assess the issue. Once approved, we will arrange for the return of the product and issue a refund to your original payment method.

Exchange: We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, we recommend returning the item following the return process mentioned above and placing a new order for the desired product.

Packaging and Condition: Returned products must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were delivered. Please ensure that the product is securely packed for the return shipment to prevent any damage during transit.

Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, certain items, such as perishable goods, may not be eligible for return or refund. We request that you carefully review your order upon delivery and report any issues within the specified timeframe.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request if the order has not been processed for delivery. If the order has already been processed, cancellation may not be possible.
